Let’s recall April 2025: a special convoy departed from China. Forty-eight trucks, carrying 528 modular units, traversed mountains and seas in a powerful column as they headed toward Yelabuga. At that moment, we all realized—this wasn’t just an ordinary transport operation; it marked the beginning of a remarkable journey. Assembling the 7,851 modular units was no small feat. Yet we remained confident: the Chinese builders possessed the skills, speed, and expertise needed to tackle this challenge successfully!
